So, Butha and her clan are out of the house and, though it is eerily quiet now in the House of Deneweth – I kinda feel like things are settling in back to normal. Which is nice!

Can you believe that I woke up to go to a BodyFlow class at 5:15 AM this morning?!?!!?
I actually feel pretty good about it – AND I got to work on time.
